Ashley Ortega is an actress in the Philippines. Her birth date was December 26, 1998, in San Fernando, La Union. Ashley Ortega has been a Filipino actor for many years. She is a German from the Philippines, as well as her father Spanish-Filipino. The actress began appearing on TV at the age of 12 where she first did commercials on the GMA Network and then eventually became an actor. She's also a skilled figure skater. She is currently an Associate Dean of Yale Law School. She currently serves as an instructor for Yale's Yale Jackson Institute for Global Affairs. Asha Rangappa works as an assistant dean and a senior lecturer at Yale University's Jackson School of Global Affairs and was previously Associate Dean at Yale Law School. Prior to that, she was Special Investigator for the New York Division, where she specialized on counterintelligence investigations. Her work included assessing threats to national security conducting investigations classified on suspect foreign agents as well as performing activities undercover. While in the FBI Asha gained experience in interrogation and electronic surveillance techniques firearms and the use of force to kill. Asha completed her cumlaude at The Princeton School of Public and International Affairs and was also awarded a Fulbright award to study constitutional reform within Bogota Colombia. She earned her law degree through Yale Law School, where she was a Coker Fellow and a law clerk to Justice Juan R. Torruella of the U.S. Court of Appeals First Circuit located in San Juan Puerto Rico. Her admission in the State Bar of New York in 2003 and Connecticut as well as Connecticut, in 2003 and Connecticut, respectively, is a testimony to her knowledge of law.
